Leibarbeit –

Initiatic Therapy

(En/De/Fr)

Are you ready to explore the essence of your own Being through a multi-dimensional approach?

Karlfried Graf Dürckheim (German psychotherapist, diplomat, philosopher, and Zen teacher, 1896–1988) pioneered what is known as Leibarbeit Therapy. He described the term "Leib" as follows: "the body one is, encompassing the unity of gestures, behaviors, and phenomena through which a human being embodies, manifests, and expresses as both spirit and soul - as a whole, authentic person."

Between initiation and individuation, experience and transformation, the Leibarbeit supports a deep and genuine connection to the many layers of your Being. It’s about sensing and recognizing the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual processes that are alive within you beyond time and space. It also encourages an attitude of  mindful presence, one that is without judgement , to take with you into your everyday life.

The session begins with a brief initial assessment and typically takes place on the ground. As a Leibtherapist, I establish contact with your Being through intuitive, physical, and sensory-based touches (sounds, scents, images…). You are here, perceiving and sensing the experience as it unfolds. Everything is possible as long as the contact feels welcome for both you and me.

Note: No sexual contact is involved.

The freedom intrinsic to Initiatic Therapy makes it an exceptional tool, creating a space for connection with bodily and emotional sensations, as well as spiritual insights.

The Leibarbeit Therapy is suitable at any stage of life. It can support physical, mental, emotional, relational, or spiritual explorations and challenges, whether these are short-term or long-term, preventive or curative.

Homeopathy
(En/De/Fr)

Are you ready to explore and express yourself as you were meant to be?

Samuel Hahnemann, the father of Homeopathy (German doctor, 1755–1843), based his therapy on the following principle: “similia similibus curentur” - or: "like cures like" (Law of Similia). Any substance (mineral, plant, animal, pathological tissue, etc.) that could produce a certain set of symptoms in a healthy person could also, in highly diluted (potentiated) doses, be able to ease or resolve these symptoms.

According to Hahnemann, symptoms arise from an imbalance in the vital energy (“Lebenskraft”), which prevents its natural flow. Restoring this balance requires an encounter with stimuli that mirror the disturbance. Homeopathy, as a stimulus therapy, offers these stimuli to patients on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. By doing so, it helps harmonise the vital energy, so that symptoms cease.

Based on the similarity principle, an analogy must be found between the concerns you present during consultation and the properties and indications of the homeopathic remedy. As a Homeopath, I work to identify the most suitable remedy involving an in-depth, thorough case-taking. We’ll explore your medical history, acute and recurring symptoms, life circumstances, and any challenges you’re experiencing in depth.

Whether your concerns manifest physically, emotionally, spiritually, or relationally - acute, periodic, or chronic - Homeopathy allows you to develop your unique solutions. Homeopathy is a powerful tool, supporting the different phases of life and their themes.

Integrative Body Therapy
(En/De/Fr)

Are you ready to find fluidity and harmony within your body, mind, and spirit?

Integrative Body Therapy draws on various learned massage and reflexology techniques, as well as therapeutic intuition.

The verb “integrare” (lat.) means “to incorporate, to bring into a larger whole, to complete.” This therapy aims to help you identify, feel, and gradually reintegrate physical blockages, allowing them to return to flow through energetic, gentle, or moderate impulses.

The session starts with a short assessment to highlight the challenges currently expressed within your body. Most of the treatment takes place on the massage table, where we focus on what your physical body expresses (tensions, areas of pain, stiffness, blockages…) to help alleviate them and support your well-being.

Integrative Body Therapy is a wonderful approach for cultivating body awareness, calm, relaxation, and presence in your daily life.
